FREEDOM
CD release party
Get a taste of Spring this February at the CD release party for Victor Crowl's 6th album, the 2 CD FREEDOM soundtrack, happening alongside the private screening of Victor Crowl's musical docudrama, FREEDOM, on February 22 at Rainbow Cinema Market Square, 80 Front Street East, Toronto, ON M5E 1T4. Be sure to come! Ticket information is just below.
The first single off the FREEDOM Soundtrack 2 CD set is Victor Crowl's much acclaimed "Calling Out Your Name." This video represents a new, fresh development of Victor Crowl's sound and style. The single features the great Tavis Stanley on lead and solo guitar, courtesy of Art of Dying, whose song, "Die Trying," reached #5 in the US. On bass is the multitalented Andrew Mason. Ed Mortenson graces the drums, and Victor Crowl, who wrote and composed the song, performs lead and backing vocals.
The song is mixed by the phenomenal, Grammy-award-winning producer, Carl Harvey, and the video features cuts from Victor Crowl's forthcoming musical docudrama, FREEDOM.
The new music video is significant because it's the first single from the album. Song and video are heading out to 60 radio stations across the country, as well as MuchMusic, Bravo, and MTV.
